World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses

The upgrade for an item is an enchantment which increases the stats of a specific weapons or armor. This includes tertiary statistics like Leech and Speed.

Leveling

The upgrade system allows players to enhance items by increasing their level. The level increase also improves the item's "guaranteed" bonuses. Weapons require Destruction stones while armor items require Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. When an item is upgraded, these materials are changed to a different name. For instance, Stone Fragments becomes Stones and Harmony Shards becomes Life Shards.

It is crucial to Upgrade Item items to boost a character's performance. However it is equally important to consider how much this will cost. The cost of upgrading an item could be a significant amount of gold which could be better spent on new equipment. This is the reason it's recommended to upgrade the most essential items in any given situation.

However unlike Level Up, reroll tokens do not reset the item's level. This means that if you reroll a upgraded item, it will not be at the same level and not be able to benefit from the bonus.

In addition to rerolling, players may use a special technique called Eliminate to remove any one Level Up option from their weapons or equipment. This is useful when you've lost a gacha or want to roll an item that has five stars. To accomplish this, you'll need to create a new account or sign up through social media.

The armor sets with Set Bonuses can be found many locations in Hyrule including the Dark Moon Temple and Twilight Temple.

Every piece of equipment in a Set comes with a variety of Set Bonuses associated with it. The tooltip at the bottom of the item will tell you which Set Bonuses are offered. The Set Bonuses will appear in an orange box.

Some of these Set Bonuses are exclusive to a particular piece of equipment. If you have the complete Phantom Armor set, you will get +8 defense (instead of the +3 defense you receive with other equipment). Other sets are available only through specific quests or by purchasing them through the Auction House.

It is also possible to acquire Set Bonuses on multiple pieces of equipment at the same time. For instance, if you own the entire Kestra's Descent set and the matching parts of the Twinblade of Shadow you will receive the + version of the bonus set when you match it.

Set Bonuses are the same, despite the equipment to which they are connected level up. However, if an item is exemplarized to levels that are too low, the set bonus will stop working.

Set bonuses

Set bonuses are special effects which appear on an item set, and provide players a boost in battle.
