Finally, I set off on my Hokkaido tour.

This year, I took two days of paid leave together before the summer vacation to take a long break.

It was a weekday, so I left at 3:30 so I could use the late-night discount on the highway.

I got on the highway at 3:45.

It was cold in a T-shirt and mesh, so I put on an extra layer at Kamisato SA.

And here I put on my secret weapon.

Throttle assist.

I bought it a long time ago, but this was the first time I'd put it on.

It's a lot easier now that I don't have to grip the grips as much.

I headed to Akagi Kogen SA to refuel while bathing in the morning sun.

I got off the highway at Niigata Kameda IC, and since I had time, I went to Bandai Bridge

Then I refueled and did some shopping before heading to the ferry pier.

When I tried to go to the counter to check in,

I heard that the private room card keys have been replaced with QR codes for e-tickets this year, so I lined up to board.

Got second position 2 hours before boarding

Cooled off at the terminal until boarding started

Boarded at 11am

Booked a private room for Tourist S again

Right away, took a bath

Departed Niigata Port at the scheduled 12pm

Listened to a mini Shinobue concert

Took a nap, took a bath

Pshhhh again

Dinner was Nayoro Genghis Khan at a restaurant

Not great for the price, I guess?

The sun set like this, hiding behind clouds near the horizon

Took a bath before going to bed

This time had ice cream mochi

Woke up around 3am the next morning and checked the weather forecast

First of all, decided which direction to go

Finally arrived at Otaru Port

Motorcycles were the last to disembark

The bike in the back is CL

And landed in Otaru just before 5am
