This month we are offering cold tea.

There was a request for cold tea last year,

so after completing the regular practice on the eight-tatami tea ceremony seat,

we are now practicing as a tea ceremony.

We have prepared a tea ceremony seat in the four-and-a-half-tatami room that we use as a waiting room.

We put ice water in a Baccarat vase, and the lid is a bamboo blind lid, not a leaf lid. The viewing is, as expected, an application of the leaf lid, and when you hold the ladle, you call out.

When you make matcha with cold water with ice,

you will feel a different kind of deliciousness.
