Ickle Bubba XL Air

This light pushchair made by Ickle Bubba is packed with lots of features that parents will enjoy. The travel system comes with a carrycot that is flat for newborns and a multi-position forward and rear facing seat for the pushchair.

The XL Air is a very impressive buggy. It's easy to understand why it has received the highest praise from its customers. It's extremely light-weight The chassis and wheels weigh only 6.5kg. It's extremely easy to put together. In fact I was able to put it up and running in less than five minutes, which is pretty impressive considering it included the tying of the fabric to the carrycot!

The seat is large and comfortable for Annie who is just 12 months old. The recline lever was simple to use. There's a good amount of space in the basket and I am awestruck by the fact that it comes with an open-top pocket on the handle bar so that you can keep your phone and keys safe!

The handlebar is low, which could be an issue for parents who are taller. But, it's covered in a gorgeous leather-like material that's soft and comfy and wipes down easily, meaning it's still easy to push with bags and children in your hands!

Hauck Pushchair Runner

The Runner is made for sporty parents who are eager to go out and explore. The large pneumatic wheels can be utilized on field and forest trails. The front wheel can be locked and can be swiveled to allow for greater flexibility. The stroller also comes with five-point safety harnesses with a front bar that keeps your child secure on all trips. The parking brake will keep the stroller stationary while you rest. The comfy seat is easy to adjust down to a comfortable lying position, and the canopy opens up to allow for maximum air circulation on hot days. The handle can be height-adjusted by more than 30 centimeters to accommodate dad's or mom's heights.

The Runner will accompany you on all your adventures, whether it's a quick run, a more strenuous hike or a long distance trek. Red Kite's Pace is a fantastic product from the cost-effective British brand. They are known for their clean, well-designed products that are essentials for parents. It's their latest and most expensive addition to their budget-friendly stroller line. Like the Ickle Bubba Aurora or Yoyo it's car seat compatible, meaning you can use from birth.

The new Pace has some fantastic design elements, including a rose-gold tint on the hood, chassis, and stroller trims, which really distinguish it from. The grey, tan and cream fabrics on the stroller and the car seat are super stylish and there is the option of adding a co-ordinating handle for the cover and bumper bar as well.

It is suitable from birth up to a max weight of 22kg. The stroller seat easily converts from the carrycot into a 2-in-1 reversible mode, facing the parent or the world. The stroller seat comes with multiple lying positions, a softly padded leg rests and comes with an extended sun canopy that has hidden zip sections, a transparent flaps, and a retractable sun visor section.

When folded, the Pace measures 56 33cm x 43cm x 32cm which allows it to be used as hand luggage on Easyjet and Ryanair. Two buttons on each side are easy to use and can be clicked to lock it in place.

Bugaboo Fox 5,

Created to be the ultimate all-terrain pushchair Bugaboo's newest Fox 5 promises to do everything. Its unique chassis has shorter wheel length, making it more manoeuvrable than its predecessor. I tried it out with my two children - a toddler and an eight-week-old - on rough terrain along woodland paths, grassy trails and even cobblestones.

The large puncture-proof wheels - either 22cm or a bit larger - can handle a variety of terrains. They also come with a handy flap that opens or closes to let more air to enter should you need it, which is a nice touch. It's slightly larger than most pushchairs, yet does not feel heavy or bulky when you are pushing it over bumpy surfaces.

The seat fabric can be washed by machine, and the faux leather grips and frame are easy to clean. It's also quieter than some pushchairs, and I felt confident using it in busy city streets. One of the advantages is that it comes with accessory points, meaning you can put in footmuffs, parasols, changing bags and even a tray for snacks. You can also use the hood to block wind and rain, although it isn't particularly waterproof. The single pram can be outfitted with the Comfort three wheeled buggies board (not included), which gives your child more legroom. It took about 20 minutes to put together the bassinet, and a similar amount of time to convert it to the seat.
